Click below for Made in Windsor October Workshops & Programs. Please note a couple mistakes that I made on the October calendar. The location for the workshops is 131 Elliott St (which is at the corner of Pelissier NOT at 131 Pelissier as I indicated at the top of the calendar). Also, I seem to have forgotten an important word in the description of the 9-13 Yr Old Crochet Workshop: anyone who signs up for that workshop gets a free pair of handmade, crocheted MITTS! Sorry for the confusion.

Wet Felting Workshop 101: Sunday September 19, 2010 from 1:00-3:00pm at 131 Elliott (The House)
COST: $30 + HST (includes all supplies)
Join Kara for the first Made in Windsor class at our new workshop location! Explore the art of creating felt from raw wool roving using wet-felting techniques. You’ll create your own customized piece of felt and sew it into a simple pouch, which you can embellish with buttons, beads, etc. Kara will also show you how to create small felted balls which can be used in all sorts of projects. All supplies needed to create felted pouch & at least one felted ball are included in the cost.
