Hi Michelle,
I’ll definitely see if Kara is interested in teaching that workshop again. I’m sure you’re not the only one interested! Perhaps sometime in late September or early October. I’ll post the classes on the website too. Just need to finish emptying out the store first! It’s taking longer than I thought…

I took caras needle felting workshop but now I need the wet felt class!

Hi Jody,
So sorry, I think that is old workshop information on our blog…from last year! We’ve been going through some changes at the store (closing down) and haven’t been doing a very good job of keeping the blog uptodate. My apologies. On a happier note, we will be starting up the workshops (including the ever popular crochet class!) in the second half of September so keep checking back on our new website for details: http://www.madeinwindsor.ca I’ll get workshop schedules on there as soon as I can. In the meantime come check out the MIW Open Air Crafters Market on Sunday afternoons!

Hi Mare,
The classes used to be taught at the Made in Windsor store on Ottawa St. However, we’re just in the process of closing down the store. On a positive note, though, we’ll be starting up the workshops at a new location, probably in late September. They will be downtown at The House, 131 Elliott St (across from the downtown library at the Pelissier intersection). This is the site of the old Nisbitt Inn, in case you’re familiar with that place. I don’t have any firm dates yet but keep your eyes on the Workshop section of our website: http://www.madeinwindsor.ca
In the meantime, come check out our Open Air Crafters Market every Sunday from 12-5 at the address mentioned above. Thanks for your interest!
